Despite generating legitimate affiliate sales, Muse Frame did not pay out my commissions. Even more concerning, they failed to provide any clear explanation or transparent reason for the missing payments.
What worries me most is the complete lack of communication. When I reached out for support and clarification, Muse Frame did not respond to any of my messages or emails. Every attempt to contact them was ignored, leaving the issue unresolved and raising serious concerns about their reliability and professionalism.
From my perspective, this lack of transparency, accountability, and partner support makes it very difficult to trust their affiliate program. If a company cannot clearly explain payment issues and cannot respond to affiliates seeking answers, it becomes hard to view them as a dependable brand to work with.
