I feel obligated to share what has been one of the most disappointing affiliate experiences I’ve ever had — with the Moremin eSIM affiliate program. Everything below is based solely on my personal experience, but I believe it’s important for others to be aware before engaging with this brand.
After generating valid affiliate sales, Moremin suddenly deleted my account, removed all pending commissions, and refused to pay out my earnings. The explanations they provided were vague and based on rules that were never mentioned in their terms, conditions, or previous communication with affiliates. There was no warning, no transparency, and no effort to resolve anything professionally.
To make matters worse, when I reached out for clarification, Moremin did not respond to any of my messages or emails. Every attempt to contact them was ignored. The complete lack of communication only made the situation more concerning and showed, at least in my experience, a lack of responsibility and accountability.
From my perspective, this raises serious questions about how the company handles partnerships and whether affiliates can rely on them. If a brand can retroactively change conditions, erase commissions, shut down an account without notice, and then refuse to respond to support requests, it becomes difficult to trust their business practices.
I strongly recommend anyone considering their affiliate program — or even their service — to proceed with caution and thoroughly evaluate their reliability.
If you want eSIM brands with clearer policies, better support, and more professional affiliate handling, I personally suggest checking out Maya eSIM, Airalo, or Nomad — companies with proven credibility and better customer/partner experience.
My experience with Moremin eSIM has been extremely disappointing, and I hope sharing this helps others avoid similar issues.
